Tell us about your industry career and experience at Casella...

I started with the company in 2004 as a recycling driver and now work roll-off. As a driver, we do good for the communities we serve. I’m retiring here. I don’t want to do anything else. I plan on wrapping up my career at Casella.

What does a typical day look like for you?

I start my day at 5 am. I pre-trip the truck and then whatever the day brings I do. Every day is something different. You never know what your day is going to bring but I really love driving.

What are some important lessons you’ve learned throughout your career?

That you need to be paying attention all around you at all times. You always need to be looking around and driving safely.

How do you work to provide the best service and support for your customers on a daily basis?

I remember that I am a guest when I come to them. I always stay friendly and meet them with a smile. If they have any questions, I try to have the right answer and help solve any problems. I always take the time to help, no matter what.

Outside of work, how do you spend your time?

With my family. They are always the most important thing in my life.
