Casella received the prestigious NGV Achievement Award from the Clean Vehicle Education Foundation and Natural Gas Vehicles for America. This award recognizes outstanding contributions to the advancement of natural gas as a vehicular fuel. Currently, 30 of our trucks run solely on CNG gas, which has displaced 400,000 gallons of diesel fuel in our fleet. Peter Vanderhoof (middle), the Project Manager for Casella's CNG initiative, proudly accepts this award at the annual North American Natural Gas Vehicle Conference & Exposition.
