Carrie Decker doesn’t just manage operations, she leads by example. As Operations Manager at Casella’s Cheshire Division, Decker is the engine behind daily logistics, transfer station coordination, and frontline support. Whether she’s optimizing routes, resolving issues on the fly, or jumping on the back of a truck to keep things moving, Decker’s hands-on leadership and relentless drive set the tone for the entire team.
“Carrie has a wealth of knowledge,” said Division Manager Steven Haeder. “She is always out in the field helping wherever she can, whether it’s down at the transfer station, delivering totes, or supporting drivers. You won’t find her in the office much if she can be out in the field serving our team.”
